Applicants must be first year students majoring in music or music education. Students should attend one of the three audition dates in February (Scholars Weekend) or March. Applicants who audition in voice, piano or another instrument will interview with the music faculty. Awards are renewed annually, for a total of four years, subject to the recipients remaining in good standing, being full-time students pursuing a major in music and maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0.
