Applicants must have been Junior members of the American Legion Auxiliary, held membership in the American Legion Auxiliary for the past three consecutive years and must be a paid member for the current membership year. Students must be traditional college students with no interruption in education in at least the first semester of college but have not obtained a bachelor's degree. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
