Applicants must be undergraduate juniors or seniors who are enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering degree program at an Illinois college or university. They must have a B average or better in engineering coursework and must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on academic merit, financial need, extracurricular activities and personal essay.
