Applicant must be a high school, college, graduate, or homeschooled student who is a U.S. citizen or legal resident. Applicants are required to complete the online application form that includes a 140-character message about digital privacy. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists; finalists will be asked to write a full length 500- to 1,000-word essay about digital privacy. The winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
