Campus life
There’s a lot going on on our beautiful 55-acre campus in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania—about 35 miles northwest of Pittsburgh and just miles from Ohio. We offer high-level athletic training and competition with 19 NCAA Division III varsity athletic teams for men and women. We also offer extensive intramural and club sports that connect athletic and non-athletic students with opportunities to enhance their physical fitness, character development, and leadership skills. Examples include flag football, indoor and sand volleyball, rugby, dodgeball, and table tennis.
Geneva has more than 40 student organizations and coordinates 200+ student programs and activities each year. Organized music ensembles include The Genevans choir, Marching Band, Symphonic Band, and more. There are theater productions and Film Fest, groups such as Spanish Club and Dagorhir, and professional organizations for Accounting, Engineering, Criminal Justice, and more.
Our Christian perspective
Geneva College is governed by the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. We believe the Holy Bible is the foundation of all that is right, good, and true. We require faculty and staff to be professing Christians. They care about the development of our students’ minds, hearts, and spirits. We don’t have a litmus test to determine if incoming students believe what we believe, so people of many denominations and doctrines study at Geneva. Our conversations are honest, frank, and often eye-opening.
