Christian Life Profile

Your choice. Your school. Your future.

Affordable
At Liberty University, a private Christian education is less expensive than you think. Over the last seven years, Liberty has only raised its tuition costs by less than 4%—ranking its residential undergraduate tuition rates in the top 25% in 2025 for affordability among its leading private residential competitors. Ninety-four percent of our full-time residential undergraduate students receive some form of financial aid. In addition to university scholarships and federal grants, our Student Advocate Office provides Outside Scholarship Workshops to teach you how to be successful in searching for and receiving outside scholarships.

Atmosphere
Life at Liberty is full of excitement and opportunity. The environment outside the classroom is a vital part of every university experience—and here at Liberty University, we encourage students to work hard and play hard. While academic and spiritual goals are the paramount focus of your journey at LU, students are encouraged to round out the experience through our extensive extracurricular programs.

Amenities
Liberty offers students many amenities to provide a comfortable, personal atmosphere for students. Our residence halls provide a variety of options including apartment-style housing, quads, and hallway residences. Our on-campus specialties include the LaHaye Student Center and Ice Center, Campus East Clubhouse, multiple campus cafés, over 50 miles of bike trails, and more!

Ministry
Because Liberty University’s number one focus is God, we provide students with a variety of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism opportunities to help facilitate spiritual growth. Many of the opportunities for ministry, teaching, and growth are incorporated into the weekly schedule. Liberty also requires a few basic Bible classes for students to learn more about the Bible as well as grow in their personal walk with Christ.
