Most gen-ed level 100 courses will be held in a lecture style setting. Some classes reach up to 300 students, though all large lectures are broken up into smaller discussion sections of 15-20 students that meet once a week with a TA.Switching Majors
BU makes it easy for students to switch their majors and even encourages it to an extent. When accepted to BU, you are accepted to all colleges within, so you are able to switch your major and even your school easily. Depending on the school, you may have to take some additional courses or simply fill out a form.
