Rob is Associate Vice President and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at the University of Dayton. A ’78 and ’85 graduate from the University of Dayton, he started his career at UD in 1980 as an admission counselor and has since held numerous leadership positions within the Enrollment Management Division. Rob has served on many local, state, and national boards and currently is on the Ohio Association of College Admission Counseling, Admission Practices Committee, and the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Foundation’s Montgomery County Scholarship Program. Rob is married to his wife of 42 years, Paula, and has three children and eight grandchildren.
