Randall Langston has been working for nearly 17 years in higher education. Randall currently serves as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management at the University of Northern Colorado providing leadership for the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar divisions. Prior to UNC, Randall worked at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs as Director of Admissions Services, where he provided leadership to the admissions and recruitment divisions. Prior to working at UCCS, Randall served for three years as Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, where he was the chief admissions officer and led enrollment management and marketing for the University. Randall also served for five years as an Assistant Director of Admission and then as Associate Director of Admissions (Regional Director) at the University of Denver. He speaks at state, national, and international conferences on issues related to enrollment management, leadership, predictive modeling, e-communications, and marketing in higher education. Randall anticipates graduating in Fall 2012 with a Ph.D. in Higher Education & Student Affairs leadership along with a doctoral minor in Applied Statistical Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. Randall earned a postgraduate Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration along with a specialization in College Student Personnel Administration from Texas Tech University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he graduated with a major in Political Science.
