Maryke Luijendijk-Steenkamp is the former Director of MBA Marketing & Admission at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), part of Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She was responsible for the marketing of the RSM MBA portfolio and the recruitment of high-potential MBA students. Maryke led a team of dedicated MBA admission and marketing managers while traveling extensively across the globe for RSM MBA representation. She also serves on several advisory boards in the graduate management education sphere—including the MBA Tour and the Graduate Management Admission Council—and is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Before RSM, Maryke worked in the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom and previously held various roles in higher education in her native country of South Africa. She completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at North-West University in South Africa.
