Dr. Toby Jenkins serves as Associate Provost for Faculty Development at the University of South Carolina and formerly was an Assistant Professor of Integrative Studies and Higher Education at George Mason University. She received her master's in College Student Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, College Park and completed her doctoral studies in Educational Theory and Policy at Penn State University.
