Amber Li

Amber Zichao Li is an independent educational consultant and founder of AmberEd College Counseling. She works with college-bound students and their families on college application strategies and processes. She specializes in counseling aspiring STEM majors, international, first-generation, and new immigrant family students. Her practices are career-oriented and data-driven. Before starting her second career in college counseling, Amber was formerly an international student, a silicon valley trained data scientist, and has worked with Warner Bros., LinkedIn, and PicsArt. She's a member of International ACAC, New England ACAC, and HECA. Amber now lives with her family in the idyllic college town of Storrs in New England, home of the University of Connecticut and Jonathan the Husky.
