Susan McCrackin has over 30 years of experience in financial aid. Prior to coming to the College Board in 1999, she served as the Director of Financial Aid at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and enjoyed many opportunities to train and present on financial aid. Currently, Ms. McCrackin supports the College Board’s CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE and works with financial aid professionals to maintain and oversee the Institutional Methodology many private schools use to award their own institutional aid. She participates in many financial aid programs in the Northern Virginia area that focus on the successful completion of the FAFSA.
